About the Position
Altus Power is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining our solar data infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines to extract and transform data from a variety of sources and load them into a data warehouse. You will work closely with the team to ensure the quality, availability, and accessibility of solar data for various downstream applications.
Responsibilities:
• Hands on SQL and NoSQL databases skills
• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines to efficiently extract, transform, and load real time data from a wide range of sources

About the Position

The candidate will work in the Analytics Group at Altus tasked with quantitative model development. Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Customer Experience Associate. The candidate will work closely with our Accounting & Customer Experience teams. This position will report to the Head of Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
• Build relationships with commercial and residential customer base. Become well versed in product offerings and individual customer arrangements. Help launch programs to increase customer outreach and engagement.
• Work with Community Solar Specialist to handle operations of internal and external community solar program. Validate reporting produced by external servicers in order to record accounting entries. Manage requests between Altus and the servicers and participate in bimonthly team calls for ongoing programs. Organize onboarding and setup process for new community projects.
• Work directly with team members from business development and inhouse development focusing on projects to build out customer dashboard and increase automation.
• Monitor open receivables activity. Interpret new contracts and set up relevant billing protocol by understanding and applying current revenue recognition policy.
• Help maintain intermediary payment platform accounts. Reconcile payment information provided by servicer against bank detail and intermediary payment processor reporting. Track and mitigate risk of open A/R balances and customer churn.
• Assist with accounts receivable procedure including invoice processing, invoice recording, and record maintenance. Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.

As a member of the Construction and Energy Optimization team, the due diligence analyst/associate will work as a liaison amongst the origination, construction, and energy optimization teams. This position will include various responsibilities such as data room and project file audits, document compilation, drafting and submission of project memos to various departments, and updating project profiles and vendor databases.

This position will report into the Senior Director Construction. This position is based at corporate office in lower Fairfield, with occasional overnight site visits and site diligence.

The Senior Project Manager will work with the structuring desk as the technical team member, bridging engineering, evaluating sites, evaluating production estimates, generating budgets, maintaining schedules, interacting with utilities, writing scope of work, bidding materials and sub-contractors, executing agreements and approve payments and change orders, and overall coordination from permits to PTO and commissioning.

• Four-year degree; Preference in construction management or engineering
• 10 years of overall construction experience of which 5 years is in the C&I solar project management

About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to join our team as a Production Engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for extracting data from our DAS Provider, data validation, performance reporting and analysis, periodic system assessment, and project onboarding.
• Perform DAS software set up and programming in conjunction with EOMs/EOTs and DAS Provider
• Responsible for carrying out performance testing (i.e., Capacity Test) on new projects
• Monitoring and diagnostic support for EOMs
• Identify operational issues and initiate problem resolution with EOMs
• Calculate and analyze energy losses incurred from equipment outages
• Provide data to the Customer Service Team for reporting
• Assist and support in data analytics based on performance needs
Qualifications / Desired Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, or electrical engineering. Graduate degree a bonus but not required
• Experience with production analytics, performance testing and system assessments of energy assets required
• Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally with key stakeholders
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing priorities and assignments while managing rapidly changing information
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with data in various formats
• Self-starter, strong initiatives, and an excellent communicator

Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as an Energy Optimization Field Technician.
Energy Optimization Field technician will be performing both proactive and reactive maintenance, troubling shooting, coordination of third-party contractors and warranty providers, testing and commissioning.
• 4-year degree or equivalent (training in armed forces), with preference in electrical engineering or electrical or control experience
• Proficient in reading and understanding low voltage, medium voltage plans, wiring and control diagrams, specification, and data sheets
• Familiar with central and string inverters, DAS, and communication systems
• Capable of thermal imaging testing and analysis, insulation resistance testing and the completion of commissioning reports
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator
