Aboutthe Position

The Procurement & Logistics Analyst will supportpurchasing, supply chain execution, and logistics planning for both new andexisting solar sites across the portfolio. This role ensures timely,cost-effective sourcing and delivery of PV system components nationwide. The analystwill work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and energyteams (O&M) to aid in consistent and timely material movement throughout.

 

KeyResponsibilities

·         Support sourcing and procurement of solar PVequipment (modules, inverters, racking, BOS, transformers, switchgear,wire/cable, monitoring).

·         Manage RFQs, vendor quotes, bid evaluations, andprice/term negotiations.

·         Work with technical teams to ensure materialsmeet project requirements and industry standards (e.g., IEC, ULcertifications).

·         Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders,and delivery commitments.

·         Coordinate freight, logistics scheduling,warehousing, and site deliveries.

·         Track shipments and resolve delivery delays,damage claims, or exceptions.

·         Maintain procurement trackers, equipmentschedules, and supplier performance metrics.

·         Support pre-construction budgeting throughpricing research and quantity estimates.

·         Manage RMA/warranty coordination with EnergyTeam and distributors.

 

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics,Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

·         2+ years of experience in purchasing, supplychain management, or inventory control (renewables, construction, or electricaldistribution preferred).

·         Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.

·         Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
