About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Customer Operations Analyst. This position will report to the Head of Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
• Help onboard new projects, execute monthly billing, analyze project performance, and maintain customer relationships.
• Run campaigns with enterprise partners to enroll new customers.
• Manage utility and program compliance and reporting requirements.
• Streamline, improve, and automate processes and reporting across the customer team.
• Proactively identify risks to the asset/portfolio and recommend mitigating resolutions.
• Co-ordinate workstreams across multiple teams including origination and finance, accounting, energy optimization, and digital.
• Contribute to customer related digital developments
Requirements:

About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to join our Origination, Finance, & Deal Structuring team as Integration Analyst. This is a new position that will work cross functionally across the organization. This individual will be the key point of contact between Investment / Origination and Asset Management teams.
Responsibilities
• Support deal teams and various asset managers with the transition of assets onto balance sheet. This includes transitioning all material contracts and obligations, which includes all major revenue contracts, operating expense obligations, entity compliance requirements, treasury and loan obligations, and tax equity reporting and performance requirements. The transition also includes all relevant contacts and relationships.
• Work intimately with deal team during the closing process of development and acquisition transactions to learn about the various assets and their respective nuances. Post closing work the various asset management teams to disseminate information about such assets. This includes communicating with Accounting, Tax, AP/AR, Community Solar Servicing, Customer Experience, and Digital Technology teams.

About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Senior Project Manager. This position will report into the Senior Director Construction. This position is based at corporate office in lower Fairfield, with occasional overnight site visits and site diligence.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will work with the structuring desk as the technical team member, bridging engineering, evaluating sites, evaluating production estimates, generating budgets, maintaining schedules, interacting with utilities, writing scope of work, bidding materials and sub-contractors, executing agreements and approve payments and change orders, and overall coordination from permits to PTO and commissioning.
Requirements:
• Four-year degree; Preference in construction management or engineering
• 10 years of overall construction experience of which 5 years is in the C&I solar project management
• NABCEP certified preferred
• Proficient in reading and understanding civil, structural, low voltage and medium voltage plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of OSHA safety procedures and national electric codes
• Proficient in Excel, Gant charts, scheduling software, and project management software (Monday.com)

About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Sr. Solar Designer. This position will report into the Director of Engineering. This position is based in our corporate office in Stamford, CT.
Summary of Responsibilities
• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of commercial and industrial solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems.
• Preparing preliminary layouts and photovoltaic system production estimates using Helioscope and PVSyst platforms.
• Complete electrical photovoltaic system design in AutoCAD including: modules, stringing, inverters, switch gear, rapid shutdown, data acquisition system, overhead and underground wiring system, cable tray and raceways, voltage drop/rise calculations, protection.
• Review and coordinate civil, structural, medium voltage and storage drawing layers.
• Provide technical direction and support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
• Completing and coordinating Utility’s interconnection applications, drawings and electrical gear shop drawing submittals.
• Visiting sites for project feasibility and adherence to construction documents.
• Review equipment specification and any substitution submittals by installation teams.
• Perform interval site inspections during construction phase. Report any deviations and concerns to upper management. Provide solutions on how to mitigate issues.
• Review final installation teams markup drawings and issue final as-built record drawing sets for projects at the end of construction phase.
Requirements:
• Masters Electrical or Energy Engineering, strongly preferred
• Minimum of four-year bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering
• Minimum of three-years of work experience in electrical distribution circuits.
• Minimum of two-years of experience designing C&I solar arrays in the 1 MW to 10 MW size, ground-mount and roof-top
• One-year experience in storage design, strongly preferred
• Technical knowledge of NEC – NFPA 70.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail

About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience and aptitude to serve as a Senior Accountant in the renewable energy industry. The position will involve a variety of operations accounting duties related to portfolio management of solar energy assets. The candidate will work closely with our Accounting & Financial Reporting team and will report to our accounting supervisor.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Support the month-end close activities including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis
· Participating in the coordination and preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
· Review of various third-party reports and contracts necessary for billing process
· Responsible for onboarding new solar projects and associated contract
· Assist with external audit process
· Assist with the implementation and executing of monthly, quarterly, and annual controls.
· Assisting with accounting research, documentation of accounting conclusions and implementation of new accounting pronouncements
· Prepare ad hoc quantitative analyses
Requirements:
· 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience
· Renewable energy, Big Four and/or public company experience preferred
· Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting preferred
· Experience with IFRS is a plus
· Strong technical knowledge
· Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
· Outstanding attention to detail
