About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to build out our FP&A function. Among the key responsibilities are long range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and valuations cycle, monthly analytics, earnings and board material preparation, and a large spectrum of projects, including operations and financial modeling, cost efficacy and investment planning and M&A integration. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools and capabilities, ensuring transparency and alignment around results, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze financial results and forecasts, highlighting variances, anomalies, and identifying trends
• Review performance of assets relative to key performance indicators, including internal budget assumptions and underwriting assumptions

• Monitor performance against business plans to achieve overall financial and growth objectives.

• Evaluate total company performance and provide insight into the financial situation's impact on future performance.
• Improve financial processes and capabilities to enable sound business and financial decisions and ensures that financial goals and growth objectives are met or exceeded.
• Support revenue and cost initiatives through analysis and an in-depth monthly performance review to identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Build insightful and timely reporting regarding business results, key initiatives, and KPIs.
• Perform special projects, support new product introductions, and other related duties as assigned.
• Act as a resource for the CFO and Head of IR in driving business results, ownership, and accountability.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of relevant experience - Financial Analysis, Equity and/or valuations - preferably within Energy or Real Estate/Finance
• Prior knowledge of Corporate Finance and Analysis is required for this role
• Experience in developing and maintaining complex financial models is required for this role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An MBA, CFA or CPA (or similar) would be a plus but not essential
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex data and derive meaning/insight
• High level of initiative and works well in a cross functional team environment
• Strong excel modeling skills required

This position will report into the Senior Director Construction. This position is based at corporate office in lower Fairfield, with occasional overnight site visits and site diligence.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will work with the structuring desk as the technical team member, bridging engineering, evaluating sites, evaluating production estimates, generating budgets, maintaining schedules, interacting with utilities, writing scope of work, bidding materials and sub-contractors, executing agreements and approve payments and change orders, and overall coordination from permits to PTO and commissioning.
Requirements:
• Four-year degree; Preference in construction management or engineering
• 10 years of overall construction experience of which 5 years is in the C&I solar project management
• NABCEP certified preferred
• Proficient in reading and understanding civil, structural, low voltage and medium voltage plans
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of OSHA safety procedures and national electric codes

About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Community Solar Program Manager. The candidate will be on the Community Solar team, will work with our Development, Origination, and Digital teams.
Responsibilities:
• Streamline, consolidate, and standardize Community Solar efforts across the company. Take ownership over existing program regulations, stay up to date on developments, and monitor future opportunities. This role would be helpful in managing requests and requirements when there is a program administrator involved. In the future this role could go so far as to participate in lobbying efforts, especially as it relates to Community Solar.
• Design a master template subscriber agreement as well as state specific disclosure forms for use in internal acquisitions going forward. Continue to create disclosure forms as we enter new markets and update the template subscriber agreement as needed.
• Manage Coalition for Community Solar Access (CCSA), National Community Solar Partnership (NCSP), and Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) memberships.
• Complete basic research projects and serve as main point of contact for consumer council in cases of more advanced needs.
• Assist with customer onboarding when there are individual program portals involved.
• Explore potential for partnering with Community Action Agencies (CAAs) to bring Community Solar opportunities to LMI populations at the same time as they are applying for other assistance programs. Similar strategies can be explored with other organizations like United Way, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, etc.
• Create and maintain a directory of program and project specific regulations in a format that can be easily accessed throughout the company. Work with the digital team to connect this to the onboarding app so changing restrictions can be reflected in enrollment parameters.
• Assist deal team with filing RFPs, serving as a source of knowledge but also helping with leg work, like coming up with sample acquisition plans and marketing material or adapting existing ones for the current opportunity.
• Monitor the upcoming Community Solar project pipeline and coordinate between deal teams, VP Customer Experience, and Community Solar Operations Manager.

About the Position: Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Sr. Solar Designer. This position will report into the Director of Engineering. This position is based in our corporate office in Stamford, CT.
Summary of Responsibilities
• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of commercial and industrial solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems.
• Preparing preliminary layouts and photovoltaic system production estimates using Helioscope and PVSyst platforms.
• Complete electrical photovoltaic system design in AutoCAD including: modules, stringing, inverters, switch gear, rapid shutdown, data acquisition system, overhead and underground wiring system, cable tray and raceways, voltage drop/rise calculations, protection.
• Review and coordinate civil, structural, medium voltage and storage drawing layers.
• Provide technical direction and support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
• Completing and coordinating Utility’s interconnection applications, drawings and electrical gear shop drawing submittals.
• Visiting sites for project feasibility and adherence to construction documents.
• Review equipment specification and any substitution submittals by installation teams.
• Perform interval site inspections during construction phase. Report any deviations and concerns to upper management. Provide solutions on how to mitigate issues.
• Review final installation teams markup drawings and issue final as-built record drawing sets for projects at the end of construction phase.
Requirements:
• Masters Electrical or Energy Engineering, strongly preferred
• Minimum of four-year bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering
• Minimum of three-years of work experience in electrical distribution circuits.
• Minimum of two-years of experience designing C&I solar arrays in the 1 MW to 10 MW size, ground-mount and roof-top
• One-year experience in storage design, strongly preferred
• Technical knowledge of NEC – NFPA 70.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
