AI Pre-Use Notice

Altus Power (the “Company”, “we” or “us” or “our”) may use artificial intelligence, automated employment decision-making technologies, or other similar technologies (collectively, “AI”) to make or facilitate making hiring decisions. Below is information regarding the AI tools wemay use for that purpose.
1. The AI We Use
We may use the following AI tools to facilitate making hiring decisions:
- Claude
- Greenhouse
- Copilot
2. Purposes For Which We Use AI
We may use AI to conduct initial reviews of job applicants to assess how their skills match the positions for which they applied. Our use of AI is limited to purposes that are reasonably necessary and proportionate to this objective.
3. Personal Data Processed
The AI we use may process identifiers such as name and contact information, work history, qualifications, skills, education history, and other information you include in your resume or on your LinkedIn profile, or that you submit to us aspart of your application. This data maybe retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described inthis notice and in accordance with applicable law. AI may generate inferences about qualifications or job-related characteristics based on this information.
4. Types of Positions Impacted
We may use AI to make or facilitate making decisions regarding the following types of positions: positions in Corporate, Digital & Technology, Community Solar, Development, Engineering, Diligence, Project Management, Financial Asset Management, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Investment and Structured Finance.
5. Opt-Out Right
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request that we alter our use of AI, or abstain from using it, to make or facilitate making decisions regarding your application. To exercise this right, please email us at TalentManagement@altuspower.com and explain the basis for your request.
6. Non-Discrimination
Where you have the right to opt out, we will not discriminate against you for exercising that right.
7. Updates to This Notice
We may update this notice periodically. Any changes will be posted with a revised last updated date.
